TERMS OF SERVICE

General TOS

This TOS along with the prices in the Prices tab is only valid for non commercial work. If you need commercial work for a project or a game contact me through my email directly, or by filling a Contact Form:

I only provide commission services to ADULTS. (18 years of age or older.)Before filling the Commission form, please prepare your references ( written and visual). All correspondence is done through email, no exceptions.-------THE PROCESS:1. Fill the Commission formAfter submitting your commission through the Commission Form, I’ll review it and contact you via email as soon as possible (within 48 hours), letting you know whether your commission has been accepted.2. References sent via emailAfter I contact you via email, I will require a description of the artwork you wish to be made, along with written and visual references (more about that in the "What I need from you" section).I will then inform you of the price for the artwork, which will be written in the invoice or which will have to be send via payment link.
I do not haggle or negotiate prices. I value my work, and each piece of art takes time and effort to create. I price my work fairly based on the time and skill involved.
If you don't respond within a week of me accepting your commission, I'll regard it as rejected.3. First sketch and paymentAfter I confirm that I can do the commission and you agree on the price, I’ll send you a rough sketch of the idea via email for you to approve. If you don’t like the sketch, you can request a new one – but you’re required to write an explanation what you'd like instead, along with more visual references for it. You may do this only once, so be thorough.Once the rough sketch is accepted, depending on your preferred payment method, I’ll send you either an invoice (PayPal) or a payment link (Revolut) via email you provided in the Commission Form.Payment is due within 48 hours of the invoice or payment link being sent. Otherwise, the commission is considered rejected and I will not continue to work on it.After payment is received, I'll begin working on your commission. You can track the progress on the Trello Queue. Please check Trello and your email regularly, until the commission is finished. After the payment was done and commission accepted, if you fail to respond within one week after my last email containing a question or request for feedback, I’ll consider the design approved and continue working on it until completion. If anything comes up that may delay the initially estimated delivery time, I will let you know as soon as possible.Once the piece is finished, you will receive a .zip file with the full-resolution image via email.I reserve the right to decline or cancel your commission at any point if I feel uncomfortable with the request.By commissioning me you are agreeing to follow my TOS.I retain full copyright to all commissioned artwork. I may use it for promotional purposes, including sharing WIPs and finished artwork on social media and showcasing it in my portfolio.I will never use your commissioned work for resale. Please notify me of any payment issues before your scheduled slot begins.

Art Boundaries

I am comfortable with drawing:

• Fictional characters, canon characters, sonas, and original characters (OCs)• Humanoids, semi-anthro, and anthro characters (including simple mecha anthros)• Mild NSFW, such as non sexual artistic nudity, implicit NSFW, shibari, mild BDSM and mild gore

I will NOT draw:

• Other artists’ art styles or direct style imitation• Explicit NSFW (pornography, visible genitals, or gore)• SFW / NSFW fetish stuff (pregnancy, foot stuff, enormous body parts, stuffing, inflation and similar)• Animals or furry characters in sexual contexts• Non-consensual / dubious content• Sexual themes with underage or underage-looking characters• Complex mecha or heavily mechanical designs• Vehicles• Offensive, hateful, or political themes• Real people (influencers, politicians, actors etc. )

What I need from you

I do NOT accept character illustration commissions without visual and written references. In the email, please provide a clear written explanation of what you want along with visual references.Mood boards, expression references, dialogue examples, or interaction references are always welcome. If multiple characters are interacting, you may also provide dialogue snippets to help communicate their dynamic. If you have lore or additional information you would like to include, please shorten it into a few key points.Mention any special characteristics important to the character (chipped ear, usually frowning, freckles, left-handedness, etc., if relevant to the design).---If your commission is of an original character (OC) I will need:• Existing artwork or visual references showing the character’s appearance;• If it’s relevant - a description of their backstory, personality, behavior, or quirks in a short paragraph;• Any must-have details (tattoos, scars, accessories, colors, etc.);• Pose, expression, or other references if you have a specific idea of how you want them to look.----For larger illustration pieces:(scenes, backgrounds, or multiple characters), please also provide:• Mood references (lighting, weather, emotional tone)• Setting or environment references• A short explanation of the scene (what is happening, what the characters are doing, etc.)

Revisions & Changes

If you would like me to change something in the illustration that you have previously approved and paid for, I will charge an additional fee for those changes. The price of the extra charge depends on the type of change requested and the stage of the process I am in (e.g. a small edit will cost less than a major change such as drawing an entire armor set). You may not request a completely new concept or a sketch midway through the process. If you want a different illustration or a new concept, you must submit a new form, and it will be treated as a completely new commission. This means the process starts from the beginning (new price, new invoice, etc.). The money from the previous commission will not be refunded or be regarded as partial or full payment toward the new one.I’ll send you another invoice (Paypal) / payment link (Revolut) for the additional charges after the change has been made.

Copyright & Usage policy

Usage:------What you CAN do with commissioned artwork:• Use it for personal use only;• Post it on your social media (with crediting me);• Print it for yourself (e.g. posters, stickers, etc.).-------What you CANNOT do with commissioned artwork:• Use it commercially (e.g. on merchandise, shirts, mugs, keychains, marketing, promoting, games, or game design documents);• Use it in any way that generates profit - now or in the future;• Remove my signature or watermark from the artwork;• Use my art as NFTs or put it into AI image generators.Doing so will result in an immediate and permanent blacklist from future commissions and I’m free to be transparent online about you doing this and to warn other artists.

You are not eligible for a refund once I started working on your commission after you approved the sketch and the payment was made. If, for any reason, I am unable to continue or complete your commission, you will receive a full refund. If you are eligible for a refund, please do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you directly within 48 hours after informing you I cannot finish the commission. If you request a PayPal/Revolut chargeback at any point when you are not eligible for a refund, you will lose all previously stated rights to the commissioned artwork and you will be permanently blacklisted from commissioning me.If you violate any of the terms stated above, you will lose all previously mentioned rights to the commissioned artwork.

Trust the process ;)• Minor revisions during the sketch stage. You may request small changes (e.g. moving a weapon to the other hand), but complete concept changes are not allowed.• Access to commission progress through the QUEUE. If you want to request changes, please send me an email and include the commission name you entered in the form along with the description of what you’d like changed.• Full-resolution file (4k/ 300 DPI) of the finished artwork, along with a printable PDF version.
